6. Applicable Legislation & Territorial Jurisdiction

The present Terms of Service are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the French Republic. In the event of any dispute concerning the interpretation, validity, or execution of these conditions, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through the Association's Board of Directors. Failing amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction shall reside within the competent civil courts of Foix, Department of Ariège, France.
